Collection and delivery

Pharmacy

Access the treatment you need quickly and conveniently

Request a prescription online. If approved by one of our doctors, you can collect from your chosen pharmacy or choose Healthwave delivery where available.

How does it work?

Pharmacy Collection
Select Pharmacy Collection and choose your preferred local pharmacy.
Same-day collection may be available if your prescription is approved before 4pm, Monday–Friday. Subject to Pharmacy opening hours and stock availability.
Your prescription is sent directly to your chosen pharmacy.
You pay for your medication in store when you collect.

Delivery by Healthwave
Select Delivery by Healthwave where available.
If your prescription is approved, it will be sent to Healthwave to arrange delivery.
Healthwave will contact you directly about payment before dispatch and confirm delivery times.

Online consultation

Step 1

Select a medication and complete a short questionnaire.

Our doctors approve your treatment

Step 2

A doctor will assess your answers and, if suitable, provide a prescription.

In-pharmacy collection

Step 3

Choose collection from your pharmacy with payment in store, or delivery via Healthwave where available. Healthwave orders must be paid for before dispatch.
