About Noriday

How do I take Noriday?
Noriday must be taken at the same time every day to be fully effective. If you are more than three hours late taking a pill, you will not be protected.
You should not have any break in between pills, even while you’re having your period.
If you forget or miss a pill, consult the patient information leaflet which accompanies the medication.

How long does Noriday take to work?
If you start using this pill on the first day of your period, you will be protected immediately. If you start taking it later, you must be sure you are not already pregnant and use condoms for two days to be protected.

How effective is Noriday?
Noriday is 99% effective when taken correctly.

What are the side effects of Noriday?
Some of the more common side effects associated with Noriday may include: nausea, headaches, lowered sex drive, mood swings, a change in bleeding pattern: no periods, irregular bleeding or spotting. If you have any concerns or persistent side effects please consult a doctor.
If you experience any severe or serious side effects please contact your nearest emergency department for urgent medical attention.

Can I take other medicines with Noriday?
Certain medications and herbal remedies can reduce the effectiveness of your pill. If you start taking any prescription or non-prescription medications while taking the pill then contact us via your Patient Record. Alternatively, your own doctor should be able to give you guidance.

What happens if I am not suitable for Noriday?
If our doctors think that an online consultation is not appropriate we will let you know via your Patient Record and refund you straight away. Please note that refunds take up to five working days to appear on your statement.

Reordering Noriday
If you’d like to reorder Noriday, you can go to your Patient Record and select ‘reorder’.

A doctor will assess your answers and, if suitable, provide a prescription.
Step 3
Your prescription will be sent by our doctors to your chosen pharmacy and you can pay for your treatment in-store.
